Starling Johnson Kaklamanos joined the Stalite Lightweight Aggregate team in 2010 as Vice President of Sales. As a fourth-generation member of the Johnson family, she effectively grew up in the business and brings a deep understanding of the industry and its customers.
Starling focuses on building strong teams that exceed customer expectations while improving processes that support efficiency and service. She is active in several industry organizations, including serving as Chair of the Concrete Masonry & Hardscapes Association (CMHA) Board of Directors and participating on the Southeastern Concrete Masonry Association’s (SCMA) marketing committee.
Starling is also passionate about the Salisbury community, where the company was founded in 1947. She serves as Membership Chair for the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Novant Health Rowan Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors.
