Ronnie Hamrick
Plant Operations Manager
Ronnie Hamrick has been a dedicated member of the Stalite Lightweight Aggregate team since 1995 and currently serves as Plant Operations Manager. Over nearly three decades, he has worked his way through a wide range of roles, including loader operator, lab technician, maintenance, interim safety director, and superintendent at the Aquadale location. Having been involved in nearly every aspect of plant operations, Ronnie brings a deep, hands-on understanding of production, quality, and safety to the team.
He has been an active member of the Expanded Shale, Clay and Slate Institute (ESCSI) for more than 20 years and holds a certification in Industrial Airflow from North Carolina State University.
Outside of work, Ronnie enjoys woodworking, metallurgy, and travel. He and his wife have two daughters and stay busy keeping up with family and their shared interests.
