Rob Dry serves as Director of Human Resources and Director of Safety for Stalite Lightweight Aggregate. With more than 20 years of experience in human resources and workplace safety, he brings a strong commitment to operational excellence and building positive workplace cultures.
Rob focuses on fostering strong employee relations, developing talent, and supporting a safe and productive work environment. His experience spans both manufacturing and transportation industries, giving him a practical and balanced approach to people, performance, and organizational success.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys running and spending time with his family. He and his wife share a competitive spirit for running and are proud parents of two adult children and grandparents to two grandchildren.
