Courtney Wyrick
Production Manager
Courtney began his career with Stalite Lightweight Aggregate in 2003 as a kiln technician. Over more than 20 years, he has held a variety of roles, including crushing and screening supervisor, lime plant technician, and positions in laboratory operations and the coal yard. His experience across the plant gives him a strong, hands-on understanding of production.
Today, Courtney oversees kiln production along with crushing and screening operations at both the Gold Hill and Aquadale plants, helping ensure consistent quality and efficient operations. He also leads the safety committee and is committed to maintaining a safety-first culture across the organization.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors and is an avid hunter. He values time with his wife, two sons, and granddaughter.
