Allen Carpenter joined the Stalite Lightweight Aggregate team as Territory Manager covering the Coastal Carolinas. Originally from Monroe, North Carolina, Allen now lives in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he works with producers, contractors, and design professionals to support projects using lightweight aggregate across the region.
Allen graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2016, where he was a member of the university’s fishing team and became the first graduate of the North Carolina Sales Institute. Before joining Stalite, Allen built a diverse professional background that included several years with Winchester Ammunition, followed by a year living in Spain. Those experiences helped shape his relationship-driven approach to sales and customer support.
Outside of work, Allen enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time along the South Carolina coast
