Stalite Launches Redesigned Website Highlighting Lightweight Aggregate Applications and Technical Resources

Salisbury, NC, May 12, 2026 – Stalite Lightweight Aggregate has launched a new website designed to better reflect the company’s market reach, technical expertise, and the wide range of applications supported by its expanded slate lightweight aggregate.

The new website provides a more modern, streamlined user experience while making it easier for engineers, architects, contractors, producers, and project teams to access information about Stalite Lightweight Aggregate and its performance benefits across structural concrete, precast concrete, concrete masonry, manufactured stone veneer, bridge projects, marine structures, geotechnical applications, internal curing, road materials, and environmental solutions.

“Since 1959, Stalite has been known for producing high-quality lightweight aggregate for demanding projects across North America and around the world,” said Jody Wall, Executive Vice President. “The new website gives us a stronger platform to communicate that story, support our customers, and showcase the many ways Stalite Lightweight Aggregate contributes to lighter, stronger, and more efficient construction.”

The updated site includes expanded application pages, technical information, project case studies, product resources, and improved search functionality. Visitors can explore how Stalite Lightweight Aggregate is used to reduce concrete dead load, improve constructability, support high-performance concrete mix designs, and provide engineered lightweight solutions for infrastructure, building, and specialty applications.

The new website is now live at www.stalite.com.

Manufactured from slate in high-temperature rotary kilns, Stalite Lightweight Aggregate is recognized for its strength, consistency, and low absorption characteristics. The company’s primary manufacturing operation in Gold Hill, North Carolina, has long been central to Stalite’s production, quality control, and customer support, while operations in Aquadale, North Carolina, further strengthen its ability to serve projects throughout the United States and beyond.

The launch of the new website continues Stalite’s ongoing effort to present a unified, modern brand that reflects the company’s legacy, technical leadership, and growing market presence across North America and around the world.
